I was really happy about this eBook! Juergen Pintaske has just finished the work and translated and expanded my Franzis learning package "Programming Microcontrollers”. The TPS controller is now called MYCO (for My little computer). And in addition to the original manual, there are numerous explanations, applications, and extensions added. Among other things, the eBook experiments on a breadboard and a compact home-built version. Overall, it is a successful implementation of the learning package. Since the author has been working in England, we expect  the right translation quality. I like the style, the book is easy to read, informative and entertaining at the same time. I think it will help to spread the TPS / MYCO idea in the world.

This kit now has a second life. Franzis just re-published it. OK – in  German. But the material generated in English at the time, will work exactly the same with the new kit. The Hardware is the same. Some of the old material in English you can find here for download. And there is the extended book in English as well  https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1731232535. But not containing the new material yet. But, when you understand all of the material published here and have worked your way through the examples with the kit,you will understand as well what the additional examples in the booklet of the kit do. Examples generated by others you can find here https://www.elektronik-labor.de/Lernpakete/TPS/TPS0.html  OK in German – but google translate does a very good job here.   Have fun using S1 S2 and RESET to learn programming with this completely independent unit.

Über dieses eBook habe ich mich richtig gefreut! Jürgen Pintaske hat die Arbeit auf sich genommen, mein Franzis Lernpaket "Mikrocontroller programmieren" zu übersetzen und zu erweitern. Der TPS-Controller heißt nun MYCO (für My little Computer).
